The days fly by and we are not getting caught up. The last few days we have seen a variety – the Jenolan caves in the beautiful Blue Mountains, a historical tour of the Rocks area in Sydney and today a trip out to Bondi beach in the morning and the Australian Museum in the afternoon. We are learning a LOT about Australia!
- The Jenolan Caves are buried in a remote and steep valley in the mountains. No idea how this place was even discovered! Kids really enjoyed the tour of the Imperial Cave. The surroundings of the caves are green and beautiful. They have their own hydroelectric system as there is an old grand retreat from the early 1900’s also here. It’s now a hotel.
- We picked out our favorite boat this morning at the wharf. Lol.
- Bondi Beach. Surf was up and there were a lot of surfers. The kids spent 45 mins just staring at the waves 😃
